Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Apex Rankers Academy (the "Site", "Platform", or "Service") located at https://apexrankers.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Educational Purpose & Platform Use

Apex Rankers Academy provides academic study notes, chapter-wise questions, timed online mock examinations, and educator assessment tools for Pakistani curriculum (FBISE, Provincial Boards) and competitive job recruitment tests (FPSC, PPSC, SPSC, KPPSC, BPSC, NTS, CSS).

You agree to use our platform solely for lawful academic preparation and educational purposes. You must not:

  • Engage in automated scraping, data extraction, or bulk harvesting of our question banks and study materials without prior written consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass test timer limits, proctoring safeguards, or platform security mechanisms.
  • Share account credentials or use unauthorized bots to simulate test attempts.

3. User Accounts & Security

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@apexrankers.com of any unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original study guides, structured notes, proprietary test generation software, UI designs, graphics, and compilation layouts are the exclusive property of Apex Rankers Academy and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Educators and schools using the Paper Generator are granted a limited license to print and distribute test papers to their enrolled classroom students. Redistribution or commercial resale of generated content outside of educational instruction is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services and all materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While our subject specialists continuously verify and proofread questions, explanations, and LaTeX formulas, Apex Rankers Academy does not warrant that materials are 100% error-free or that test participation guarantees admission or employment selection.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Apex Rankers Academy, its directors, educators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your access or inability to access the platform.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated revision date.
