Secondary School Certificate / Matriculation (second division) or equivalent qualification from a recognized board; and Two (02) years post qualification relevant experience.
Prescribed Experience & Eligibility Criteria
Two (02) years post-qualification relevant experience in commercial/institutional cooking.

2. Practical Trade / Skill Test
Hands-on practical assessment of professional workmanship, tools handling, and job-specific vocational competency.
3. Departmental Interview & Final Merit
Final viva-voce interview before the departmental selection board followed by merit list publication and appointment letters.
