• Draft and vet legal notices, written statements, contracts, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), service agreements, and tenders.
• Provide expert legal advice on university statutes, service rules, copyright/intellectual property laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with legal counsel and represent the university before statutory bodies and judicial forums.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
Minimum LLB (Bachelor's degree in Law) / LLM / Bar at Law / Master's (16 years) Degree or Foreign qualification in Public Policy, Governance, Legislative Drafting. Must be member of any Provincial or Federal Bar Council.
Prescribed Experience & Eligibility Criteria
At least 7 years post-qualification experience for Master's/LLB as practicing lawyer or LLM with at least 5 years experience as practicing lawyer in the legal field.
