Key Responsibilities & Scope: • Lead the Directorate of Planning and Development in strategic physical, technological, and academic infrastructure expansion. • Prepare, evaluate, and monitor university development projects, PC-I, PC-II, PC-III, PC-IV, and PC-V documents as per Planning Commission guidelines. • Coordinate with HEC, Ministry of IT & Telecom, and Ministry of Planning for project approvals (DDWP, CDWP, ECNEC) and funding allocations. • Supervise project procurement conforming strictly to PPRA Rules 2004 and government financial regulations. • Oversee project timelines, cash-flow plans, physical progress monitoring, and risk mitigation strategies.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification

16 Years of education in the areas of Engineering (HEC recognized University). Additional qualifications of MBA or PMP will be required. IT proficiency is a must.

Prescribed Experience & Eligibility Criteria

At least 15 years of proven post-qualification experience preferably in Planning and Development, project management in University or Government/Semi-Government Organization. Must have excellent command over spoken and written English.
