Job Descriptions & Core Responsibilities:
• Assist ED NGT/Estab in discharge of his duties and represent ED in his absence.
• Coordinate directly with the Technical Managers to monitor technical sprints, sensor rollouts, and software deployments.
• Prepare consolidated progress reports for the Project Director and identify operational bottlenecks.
• Manage day-to-day conflict resolution and resource allocation across all functional areas.
• Look after HR, Admin and financial matters of NGT; exercise control on support staff.
• Ensure policy formulation and implementation; coordination between NGT, NEOC & Humanitarian Hub.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
MS / BS or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university / institution in a relevant field.
Prescribed Experience & Eligibility Criteria
16–18 years of progressively responsible professional experience, preferably in the public sector, government, development sector, disaster management, humanitarian response or large-scale project/programme management. Experience in Disaster Management organization will be prerequisite.
