Job Descriptions & Core Responsibilities:
• Shall be answerable to Chairman, NDMA on all affairs of the Humanitarian Hub.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Humanitarian Hub, NDMA Chairman, federal/provincial ministries, humanitarian organizations, UN agencies, development partners, and donors.
• Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the establishment and functioning of the Humanitarian Hub.
• Hold overall financial and administrative authority over budget allocations, resource utilization, and expenditure approvals.
• Lead coordination and integration of humanitarian response, relief, recovery, and resource mobilization efforts among relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee inter-agency coordination, information and data-sharing mechanisms to ensure effective humanitarian decision-making.
• Ensure effective preparedness, response coordination, resource management, and situational awareness during disasters and emergencies.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification
MS / BS or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university / institution.
Prescribed Experience & Eligibility Criteria
15–20 years of progressively responsible professional experience, preferably in the public sector, government, development sector, disaster management, humanitarian response or large-scale project/programme management. Experience in Disaster Management organization will be prerequisite.
