Educational Qualification
Master's degree in Finance / Accounting (Preferably CA / CPA / CMA). Minimum 10 years progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of large corporation. Proficiency in Public Finance Management (PFM), General Financial Rules (GFR), E-AAA (Electronic Asaan Assignment Account), SAP, e-Office and IPAS.
