National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is inviting applications for the position of Regional Executive - CAD (AVP / VP) in Hyderabad under the Risk Management Group. Reporting To: Divisional Head - Credit Administration Department. Main Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Issue Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DACs) for commercial accounts, ensuring that finance/loan agreements, security documents, and charge creation documents comply with approved terms and conditions of Sanction Advice. 2. Ensure disbursements occur strictly after proper execution of bank’s charge/lien creation with concerned authorities, insurance coverage, lawyer perfection certificates, and pledged/hypothecated stocks with safety margins. 3. Conduct surprise inspection of pledged sites viz-a-viz branch records to determine irregularities/shortages and follow up with branch managers for resolution. 4. Coordinate with branches/regions for rectification of irregularities identified by CAD, Audit & Inspection Group, and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). 5. Supervise credit maintenance and analyze periodic reports for regularizing discrepancies. 6. Ensure insurance arrangements tendered by customers are valid, backed by premium paid receipts, and cover required risks through companies on the Bank’s approved panel. 7. Track outstanding pre-disbursement documentation and ensure approved deferrals/exemptions are obtained from competent authorities. 8.
